Sach Le Roux

Sach is a registered psychologist and is endorsed by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. He holds a BSc (Honours) and MPsychClin (Clinical Psychology) and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. Sach is registered both as a Medicare and Private Health Care service provider.

Sach favours an integrated and evidence-based approach which he tailors to the clients’ needs. He draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Psychodynamic therapy.

He is comfortable working with adults and adolescents with a wide range of presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and family issues, as well as difficulties with major life transitions and adjustments.

Sach aims to create a collaborative and non-judgemental environment in which clients can be understood and achieve meaningful change. He endeavours to provide a therapeutic relationship characterised by respect and regard for the client.

Sach offers private in-person appointments at the clinic and telehealth appointments.
